The Internet of Food & Farm 2020 (IoF2020) project is coming to an end on 31st March 2021.
IoF2020 is part of Horizon 2020 Industrial Leadership and supported by the European Commission with a budget of EUR 30 million. The aim of IoF2020 is to build a lasting innovation ecosystem that fosters the uptake of IoT technologies. For this purpose key stakeholders along the food value chain are involved in IoF2020 together with technology service providers, software companies and academic research institutions.
To celebrate its legacy a digital event will take place from 16th March 2021 to 18th March 2021, gathering partners, experts, members of the European institutions. Aside from numerous networking possibilities, the event addresses three main aspects, which are relevant for the project and the agricultural sector alike: state of the art technology, lessons learned during the project’s research, self-sustaining ecosystems of research and innovation.
The IoF2020 Final Event will include workshops, panel discussions, a cinema room and a virtual exhibition arena. The event is free of charge and open to the public. To participate, a registration is required.
