It is expected that by 2050, the world’s population will be more than 9 billion! This mean that the demands for food production are increasing rapidly. For that reason, making the food industry more efficient and sustainable is more topical and crucial than ever. But what roles does technology play in this?
The Food Technology 2021 event aims to answer that question, as well as more during December 1 and 2, 2021 in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. The presenters will discuss challenges and solutions around the topics of food safety and innovation, CO2 emissions, sustainable and transparent value-chains that are provided and enhanced by new technology and innovations.
Organized by Mikrocentrum and Vakblad EVMI, the event is open for both professionals that want to offer innovative solutions and exhibit their own work and projects, and also for visitors that are interested in the world of technology and the food sector.
